Harsh, but we don’t mean that it will happen tomorrow. Our hope is that it will happen when you are 100, after living a fulfilled life free from the ailments of physical and emotional illness. The greatest gift that can come from confronting your own mortality, is to realise that you have control over how you live your days. To avoid living with illness, you must engage in movement and wellness. It’s essential to take care of your body and mind, nurturing them to their fullest potential. Remember, life is a precious gift, and whilst in some situations we cannot control the ultimate outcome of our existence, we can certainly influence the quality of life we lead and give ourselves every opportunity to LIVE for longer.
  1. Prioritise Physical Activity: Incorporate regular exercise into your daily routine. Whether it’s going for a walk, hitting the gym, dancing, or practicing yoga, find activities that you enjoy and that keep your body moving. Physical activity not only improves your physical health but also has a positive impact on your mental well-being.
