Offering more than any other gym, CrossFit box and functional fitness facility in the area, VidaFit offers the latest in training and recovery facilities as well as everything else you need to ensure that your training is on point!
Training locations
VidaFit offers 2 locations — both fully equipped with the latest in functional fitness and CrossFit gear.
VidaFit HQ is located in North Rockhampton and boasts over 700m2 of floor space (one of the largest in Australia), meaning there is so much room for activities.
VidaFit HQ is a space that has to be seen to be believed and the amount of equipment and variety on offer is exceptional. Walking through the doors, you can instantly feel the buzz of energy!
VidaFit South Rockhampton provides a convenient location and modern facility for you to get in and get your workout done! Whether it’s a lunchtime express session, before or after work or a mid-morning sweat session, the South Rockhampton location is your option for those that want their quick fix of post exercise endorphins!
VidaFit Recovery Hub
Located within the VidaFit Transformation Centre in North Rockhampton, the Recovery Hub has the latest technology in athlete recovery and pain management.
Whether you’re looking to ease your tired muscles, detox the body, reduce pain and inflammation, improve your sleep or lose weight, the use of the recovery hub will have you feeling your best!
Infrared Sauna
The Infrared sauna is a powerful, health giving tool that works by heating the body directly, penetrating 4 – 5 cm into the skin, creating a cardiovascular workout whilst removing heavy metals and toxins via sweat.
Your tired muscles will be filled with oxygen rich blood to aid the recovery process and help to reduce pain and inflammation, meaning that you can get back to your training sooner, live pain free, feel healthier and have an increased mood.
There are different protocols for the purpose of your sauna session, so be sure to let us know what you are after. The various sauna sessions that we offer are:
- Athlete recovery
- Pain relief
- Detox
- Better sleep
- Weight loss
There are benefits to utilising the infrared sauna on its own, but for the ultimate recovery experience, combine it with cold water therapy.
Cold Water Therapy
The advantages of cold water immersion are numerous. It works to enhance sports recovery, boost the immune system, improve mood states, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, increase energy, improve sleep and boost concentration.
There are benefits to utilising cold water therapy on its own, but for the ultimate recovery experience, combine the infrared sauna.

In-house Café
Come for a workout, stay for the coffee. Get sweaty and then get social at VidaFit HQ’s in-house Café!
Treat yo'self
Located in the VidaFit Transformation Centre in North Rockhampton, the in-house café is the perfect place for you to catch up with your friends after your morning workout for a delicious barista made organic coffee (and it’s only $3.50!).
The café will also provide you with your recovery needs after your workout with delicious protein shakes, protein balls and recovery drinks available all day.

Sometimes all you Mummas deserve a little ‘me time’. Why not let our team of carers look after your precious little one while you sweat it out!
Child minding
Located at both of our locations in North and South Rockhampton, utilising the child minding at VidaFit is the perfect way for you to give back to yourself!
You can workout with the peace of mind that your little one is in good hands with our experienced crew of child minders.
Child minding is available from 8:50am to 10:30am located at VidaFit HQ in North Rockhampton.
