A Little Bit About Me
Jade is a qualified Psychologist and Nutritionist. With more than 15 years experience working as a Psychologist in mental health, injury rehabilitation, general counselling and private practice. Jade is able to help you to plan to change habits for life.
Jade’s interest and passion for nutrition was sparked after managing food intolerance and allergy issues in her children. After completely overhauling her family’s diet, and realising just how powerful nutrition is to health and wellbeing, Jade completed postgraduate studies in Human Nutrition at Deakin University. Jade is passionate about inspiring others to make changes that enable them to live healthier, fulfilling lives. She walks the talk and is often found in her kitchen cooking up nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for her two hungry boys and husband.
From her previous work as a Weight Loss Consultant, and consultant Nutritionist to the popular and effective Vidafit Overhaul, Jade has practical experience to help clients stop making excuses, make lifelong changes, optimise performance and achieve the results they are after.
