I just completed the 8 Week Overhaul and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I’ve done challenges in the past and was a bit nervous going in, especially about the nutrition side of things being too restrictive, and how I’d manage cooking separate meals while feeding my kids. But I was so pleasantly surprised! The food side was so flexible and realistic, it was all about nutritious, balanced meals that I could easily feed my whole family. It made the whole thing feel sustainable, not like a “diet.” The support in the gym was incredible. As someone who’s postpartum, I felt so encouraged and looked after by the amazing coaches every step of the way. The vibe in the gym was so positive, even the members who weren’t doing the Overhaul were super supportive and uplifting. Having a team leader who checked in with me and helped me re-focus on my nutrition and training when I needed it made a huge difference too. I never felt alone or lost, there was always someone there to help and cheer me on. I was honestly so surprised by my results, but more than that, I feel energised, strong and confident. I’m so excited to keep going with everything I’ve learned and to keep building on this foundation. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I was in Team Blue with Coach Kylie, who was so kind, encouraging, and supportive throughout the entire journey. Over the 7 weeks, I lost 3.3kg of body fat, reduced my visceral fat and improved my sleep. I can now do handstands and kipping pull-ups which I never thought I would be able to do! I feel so much stronger, focused on my goals and proud of how far I’ve come. I was also honoured to receive the Coach’s Choice Award which was such a special moment. Just finished up the Vidafit overhaul — and what a journey it’s been. This wasn’t just about hitting the gym harder. It was about taking a step back, reassessing everything from training routines and nutrition to sleep, mindset, and recovery. The goal? Long-term health, better performance, building muscle and showing up as my best self — consistently. ✅ More energy ✅ Better focus ✅ Stronger, physically and mentally ✅ Lessons I’ll carry forward I’ve learned that progress isn’t always about doing more — sometimes it’s about doing things smarter. I gained a much better understanding of macronutrients (spreading out my protein intake across the day rather than bottle necking it with big meals). The nutrition complemented my training. Over the course of the program, I noticed real improvements in both my fitness and overall sense of wellness. I felt energised and more balanced day to day. One of the best parts? I was never hungry. The food plan was generous and totally sustainable. There was also a genuine sense of teamwork throughout the program. It never felt like a solo journey — everyone was in it together, rallying to support one another. The coaches were incredibly encouraging and always there with guidance, accountability, and motivation. This isn’t your typical gym ‘challenge.’ This is a lifestyle program — one that focuses on building long-term habits and education, rather than just short-term results. This was a great experience and I have learnt so much about food, nutrition and excercise. I am excited to keep going and would recommend doing the vidaFit overhaul and I would definitely recommend joining VidaFit I love the workouts!!
I signed up for the Overhaul with a fair amount of weight, insecurities and misconceptions about the gym. I was wrong, I found the staff all genuinely helpful in sessions, the environment inviting and the encouragement to engage and work on my health outcomes. Well worth the sign up.
Been Training here for about 6 months, currently just completed the recent overhaul challenge. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Tracking my diet, my progress and seeing my numbers go up have provided me with the confidence to continue to drive forward. It’s been addictive and I have the team to thank for that. If I could recommend a gym for any one within the C.Q area I would highly recommend vidafit. The team are unbelievable. They want to see you succeed. The knowledge around nutrition and physical training is second to none. The training and recovery equipment are top notch! I could never go back to just doing a training program like back on Tuesday and legs on Thursday due to the variety I have experienced at vidafit. You’re never alone at vidafit, the training staff and your fellow vidafit members will encourage you to push. The ‘communal suffering’ is a beauty within itself. Haha! This is such a great community, I feel is more than a gym is a home away from home, coaching staff are so friendly and helpful. I just finished the overhaul (weight loss program) I felt it was fun and I wanted to be there all the time and I know other people too. Coffee is great and the team challenges were so entertaining.
