Dan Withers

Director and Coach

Coaching is in Dan’s blood. He is a born leader and from a young age Dan has coached numerous sporting teams across rugby league and touch football at a national level.

Dan currently represents Australia in the sport of Touch Football and has achieved some amazing feats in his carrier including winning the World Cup. Dan knows what it takes from a coaching and training perspective to be at your very best both physically and mentally to enable you to reach your absolute potential. Dan stumbled into his first Crossfit box in 2009 and since has made it the core of his training regime and believes that Crossfit has catapulted him to another level of fitness which has allowed him to achieve the things he has in his sporting career.

By nature Dan is down to earth, hard working and extremely kind hearted which makes him the perfect coach and mentor to guide you on your Vida journey.

Health, Wellness and Training is something Courtney is extremely passionate about! The self confessed health and fitness nut kicked her corporate career to dedicate her time to making sure others are living out their very best life and getting the most from their bodies. Courtney knows what it takes to achieve success in life. She has a wealth of experience from physical training and good nutrition to developing a winning mindset and maintaining balance within everyday life.

After discovering Crossfit, she realised there was no other way for her to train! She also compliments her training and lifestyle through teaching and practicing yoga daily. Courtney can’t wait to inspire you to live your healthiest and best life yet!

Megan Hawley

Overhaul Manager and Coach

Megan started with VidaFit as a member at the beginning of 2013 with the ultimate goal to lose weight. Now 30 kilograms lighter, she has gained a substantial amount of knowledge and loves nothing more than helping others achieve their goals.

Megan is a real life example of the VidaFit way. Having just overhauled her life Megan has a firsthand understanding of what it takes to make such a change. She believes that Crossfit is a positive, life-changing experience and when it is coupled with the tools such as the ones she learnt on the VidaFit overhaul it will completely change your life.

Megan is one of the most likeable and friendliest people you will ever meet. She is ready and waiting to help you achieve the same amazing results.

Aischa Arney

Introducing Aischa Arney as our Success and Wellness Leader at VidaFit. She is soo passionate about seeing lives transform and change, giving back to the community and is often found volunteering in various organisations throughout Queensland. With her vast experience in event management, school development programs and fitness, Aischa strives for personal success and brings out the absolute best in those around her! Everyday Aischa can be found living out her life in the Vidafit way – Believeing, Working and Conquering! Her energy for health, wellness and life is so contagious! We can’t wait for you to meet this bubbly, friendly, ball of energy and we know she can’t wait to meet you!

Renae Dunne

Renae joined VidaFit in January 2014 to do an Overhaul to lose a couple of kilo’s but more importantly to increase her strength and fitness! Renae has always been active, from playing team sports to working in a commercial gym as both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. After joining the VidaFit team and now addicted to Crossfit, the only thing she wishes is that she had started this style of training earlier! She is a passionate about all things health and wellness and Crossfit. More importantly though she loves getting people moving and seeing people’s lives change for the better!

Jason Larcombe

Electrican by day Crossfit coach/athlete by night! This is Jason but most of his friends, family and work mates all call him Larco. Growing up with a love for all things sport, whether it be coaching or participating, is something Larco loves. After having completed the Level 1 Crossfit Coaches course nearly 2 years ago his passion for human performance was unlocked. With this interest in the human body and performance and the power of the mind, Larco realised he loved working with people, whether it be individual or team and seeing them become better movers and athletes each and every day. A lover of motorbikes and mountain bikes, it’s generally where you will find Larco having fun most weekends! When there is a challenge or workout set, he will always strive his absolute best to attack it with everything there is in the tank but also making sure his movements are as efficient as possible!

Steve Colley

Coach

Steve’s first encounter of Crossfit was being dragged along to a Beginner Class, after thinking this isn’t for me, he all of a sudden found himself wanting more! After moving through the Vidafit Overhaul and dropping 13kg of body fat to then add 13kg of muscle, this guy is a lean, mean, athletic machine! Steve can most of the time be found training the house down and always pushing the boundaries of his body and mind!

Jade Munsel

Nutritionist

Jade is a qualified Psychologist and Nutritionist. With more than 15 years experience working as a Psychologist in mental health, injury rehabilitation, general counselling and private practice. Jade is able to help you to plan to change habits for life.

Jade’s interest and passion for nutrition was sparked after managing food intolerance and allergy issues in her children.  After completely overhauling her family’s diet, and realising just how powerful nutrition is to health and wellbeing, Jade completed postgraduate studies in Human Nutrition at Deakin University.  Jade is passionate about inspiring others to make changes that enable them to live healthier, fulfilling lives. She walks the talk and is often found in her kitchen cooking up nutritious and delicious meals and snacks for her two hungry boys and husband.

From her previous work as a Weight Loss Consultant, and consultant Nutritionist to the popular and effective Vidafit Overhaul, Jade has practical experience to help clients stop making excuses, make lifelong changes, optimise performance and achieve the results they are after.
